Policy Application
This policy applies to all customer orders for the supply of goods by Rolls Printing Pty. Ltd. (“Rolls”).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These statutory or consumer guarantees have no set time limit and depending upon the price and quality of the goods, you may be entitled to a remedy after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty period. This policy is not intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights which a customer may have.
Shipping Information
Our warehouse team make it their priority to get your order out as soon as possible.
Orders received by 1pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day and if you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day.

Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Rolls Australia. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition

Claims:
Returns for credit or for exchange cannot be considered unless Customer Service is notified within 7 days of the date of invoice. There will be an admin fee of $25.50 incl/gst plus freight charges for goods changed due to error in ordering.

Orders under $50 incl gst will incur a surcharge of $5.95

- The display of products does not constitute an offer by Rolls Australia to unconditionally supply the products. All products shown are indicative only, and are subject to product availability and price changes.
- All product descriptions are either provided directly from the product manufacturer, or based upon information provided directly by the product manufacturer. As a reseller only, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolls Australia excludes all responsibility or liability for or arising out of any inaccurate or erroneous product descriptions.
- Office Supplies has been prepared for Australian users only. The Customer represents and warrants to Rolls Australia that it is a resident of Australia.
- Rolls Australia accepts no liability for the Customer´s security breaches, unauthorised use of the Customer's credit card or credit account, fraud, forgery or mistaken or unauthorised orders or payments.
- Rolls Australia shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in or on Office Supplies. The Customer relies on the information contained in Office Supplies at its own risk. The information in Office Supplies is supplied on condition that any person accessing or using the information will make his or her own determination as to the accuracy and usefulness of the information.
- Rolls Australia reserves the right to make any changes to the information contained in and the layout of Office Supplies, including changes to its product range, ordering mechanisms and ordering terms, or to: a: change its prices or specifications of any Product; or b: deliver a product which has similar functionality to any product ordered with minor differences in specifications, ("Substitute Product"). The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes and differences if the Customer accepts delivery of a Substitute Product.
- Except in respect of implied warranties which cannot be excluded by law, Rolls Australia does not make any representation or warranty about the accuracy, suitability for any purpose, merchantability of, title to or usefulness of the information on and contents of Office Supplies products.
- Rolls Australia shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, or loss of use) arising out of or relating to Office Supplies products or the information contained therein, whether such damages arise in contract, in tort, in equity, under statute, at law or otherwise.

Important Customer Notification:
Repair Notice: Where Rolls Australia accepts for repair or on behalf of a repairer, goods capable of storing user-generated data, the customer acknowledges that the repair of that product may result in the loss of customer data. Customers are advised to keep a hard copy of any important data and remove all sensitive information prior to submitting goods for repair.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Limitation of Liability: Rolls Australia will not accept a returned product where in its reasonable opinion the product is not faulty, the customer has caused the product to become unacceptable or failed to take steps to prevent the product from becoming unacceptable or where the product has been damaged by abnormal use or use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. Rolls Australia reserves the right to recover its reasonable costs in relation to goods returned in these circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, under this Returns Policy Rolls Australia shall not be liable for collateral, consequential, indirect, incidental or exemplary damages, or any lost profits, loss of data or loss of use, related to the goods.
Office Supplies Delivery:
Rolls Australia reserves the right to charge for delivery of the Products at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so.
Administrative fees may also be imposed for orders under certain dollar values. Where prices are stated as inclusive of delivery, delivery is to the delivery point specifically accepted by Rolls Australia
Rolls Australia will endeavour to deliver in-stock products within the following timeframes, provided the relevant order is received by 2:00pm or your state’s standard cut off time.
