We’ve been manufacturing and supplying custom filing systems for over 50 years. And, in that time we’ve worked hard to become known for our superior products and top-notch service.

We’re all about making life easy for our customers. So, in order to make it easier for you to get and stay organised, we have expanded our product offering. This means our you are now able to order all your Rolls Australia filing supplies and over 25,000 office products in one place. Easy! Plus, our fuss free online ordering functionality means you get the products you want, when you want them.

We make it our mission to learn everything about our clients, enabling us to provide unique filing solutions engineered to your individual needs, including: filing systems, manilla file covers, dividers, labels, clips and more.

Rolls Australia have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. We’ve hand-picked a strong team of passionate and dedicated individuals to service our diverse range of customers, which include: federal, state and local governments, corporations, small and large private business, schools, hospitals and other health providers.

We’re proudly 100% Australian owned and we comply with strict certification practices. We’re also committed to keeping it local, which means we employ locally and are dedicated and responsible contributors to the community in which we all live and operate.


Founded in 1964 under the name Rolls Printing, we originally set out to dominate the printing market in Australia.

However, in dealings with customers we quickly identified a need for custom filing systems and solutions, and by 1976 we had diversified our product offering and evolved into Australia’s largest manufacturer and supplier of filing systems and medical filing solutions.

By 2002, we had outgrown the name Rolls Printing and officially changed it to Rolls Filing Systems to better reflect our core business.

In 2015 it was evident we needed more space. And, as luck would have it two blocks adjacent to our office in Seaford came on the market. We snapped them up and moved in during May 2016.

Expanding into this new warehouse has given us the space we need to service our clients better, offer greater efficiencies and bring the overall costs to our customers down.

By 2016 we had diversified even further and became Rolls Australia.

The future is looking bright for Rolls Australia and we’re looking forward to providing more easy, cost effective and innovative solutions to our customers.
