Dear Customer

In these unprecedented times, I wanted to reach out to let you know what Rolls is doing to support our team, our customers, and our community to get through the uncertainties we all face.

Here at Rolls we are determined to do whatever it takes to continue to provide you with the products that you may need to keep your medical centres and offices running.

Our head office, warehouse, factory and customer service staff are still able to attend work due to our largely separated workspace layout. Our staff are minimising our exposure to COVID-19 by practicing social distancing and increased hygiene measures. Our sales representatives will be mainly working from home and have postponed all customer visitations until things change.

Your orders are being processed as normal at this stage and will continue to be as long as staffing levels are able to be maintained. Raw materials are still readily available locally and we have ample stocks of manilla to take us through this period. We are under the assumption at this stage that we are an essential service to the medical industry and will operate as such.
